You have only been in 8th grade just a week now and already I have seen changes in you that are showing me you are growing up. Now mind you, I am not too happy that you are growing up - I would prefer you didn't but unfortunately I don't get a say in this! :) But what I do see now makes me so very proud. I see you thinking such deep thoughts. I see you wondering about your future. I see you understanding that life is more than just "you." I see you looking at ways you can make a difference in our world. I just want you to know no matter what your future holds - I am here for you and I can't be any prouder and luckier to have you as my daughter! I love you, Mom.
