Have you known that:
- Sushi dates back to at least the second century A.D.
- Approximately 80% of the world's bluefin tuna catch is used for sushi.
- Not long ago, a sushi chef had to undergo ten years of training before working in a restaurant.
- The waiter at sushibar definitelly liked Adriana as he gave her pack of wasabi peas and pack of rice crackers
- One of the most serious gastronomic crime is over-boiling rice
