Journaling: It's not that we don’t know how to save money, we really do. Sometimes it’s just hard to do. We are a single income family of 5, living in a rural area of California. We rent our home and own a vehicle. We don’t usually buy many extra things, & when we do they are usually on clearance & between diapers and groceries there’s usually more days than money in a month. Right now we are trying to save $40 per pay period to fund our first real family vacation. For Christmas 2011 we would like to visit Disneyland with family.
