My then 6-year old was so excited about Hanukkah last year, and he'd built it up into something that reality could never live up to. Even though we'd explained that he wouldn't be getting 8 days of huge Lego sets, he was disappointed and complained about many of his presents, which is how I got the page title.

...but still a cute story
When my DH was a 5-years child, his parents arranged that somebody called him pretending to be Father Christmas and explained him that he really could not have both LEGO trains as he had to think about poor children in Africa, so he had to decide which one LEGO train he would get for Christmas
