Poor Steven. I had to take him to the dentist to have a chipped tooth fixed. He’s been lucky enough to not have any cavities, but Pip’s head turned out to be harder than his tooth and he had to have novacaine and drilling to fix the damage. I was sitting in the waiting room when I heard Steven sobbing, so I went in to check on him. The boy who freaks out at getting the FluMist was having a total meltdown. After being enticed with ice cream (a medium!) at Frostid Moose, Steven finally calmed down enough to let the dentist finish. The receptionists must have felt sorry for him because they gave him a bag filled with nice goodies including this pirate patch and a Chinese yo-yo. Once his mouth stopped feeling funny, Steven was running around flicking the yo-yo and yelling “Expelliarmus!”. I wish fixing his toth had been as easy as waving a magic wand.
