Giving my boys a bath when they were little babies wasn’t something that I enjoyed as much as I should have - most of the time it was just something that needed to be done. Now that they’re older, I realize that I should have savored those precious moments together a lot more than I did at the time. It’s not that I didn’t enjoy those times when the boys were so young, I just didn’t appreciate at the time how fleeting they’d be.
