I was thinking recently about how we all make choices that impact our lives on a day to day basis, and more often than not I find myself drifting over to the negative. While having young children can be a wonderful gift, it can also be incredibly draining and years of stress, worry and PND build up and it seems EASIER to be grumpy than happy. I created this layout as a reminder to myself that it is in fact easier to be happy... I just need help remembering to make that choice at times.
