Journaling reads: In the summer of 2012 I came across pictures of customized ornaments on Pinterest. I thought they'd make a nice Christmas gift for our closest friends & family in memory of Matthew. I go to the website & find many examples of ornaments. It'd been awhile forpostings so I took a chance & emailed to see if they offered customized ornaments for sale. I was surprised to see she did. We talked about what I wanted, she asked about Matthew, what he liked & what I liked. When she had enough info she made a sample & sent photos. I loved it. I wanted to order six but had so much going on then. I lost track of time & when I went back to finish the order I found I'd inadvertantly deleted the emails. I couldn't find the website either. I was so disappointed. Time went by & I forgot about the ornaments. Then I got a small package in the mail. I opened it up to find the finished sample. Nothing else. No bill. No note. No address on the box either. I was surprised & touched that the lady had taken the time to send it to me despite not being paid. I didn't even remember giving her my address! Needless to say it was one of the nicest surprises. I wish I knew how to contact her to thank her & pay for the ornament!
