I took those awesome circle coasters that everyone loved in the $1 bins at Target, and made myself a "Happy Birthday" banner!

Kit is Kristin's Giggles





The backs are painted solid to match, with apple barrel acrylic paint.
The letters are up on pop dots.
The ribbons are misc from my stash.
Flowers by Making Memories.
Jewels in flower centers are misc from my stash.
