Space Camp Hall of Fame Scholarship- June 2019

I was originally making this for the journaling challenge... but the journaling just didn't work out like I wanted to. So, now it's my wild card page for the month!

THE STORY:
In November 2018 Raileigh submitted her application for an academic scholarship to attend Space Camp Robotics at the US Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL. The process was extensive, requiring days of work on Raileigh's part.

In February 2019, we learned that Raileigh was the recipient of a full scholarship to Space Camp Robotics. Not only that, her application was the highest scoring one among hundreds of Space Camp Robotics applications. As a result, the Space Camp Hall of Fame elected to fully fund her scholarship. She received a letter of congratulations from the director of the International Space Station.

In June 2019, Raileigh attended Space Camp Robotics. During the closing ceremony at the conclusion of camp, she was awarded a medal to signify her hard work and dedication.

My 9-year-old is going to think that's so cool of/for your daughter! Your layout is really eye catching. Love that gradient background paper. Gives it a neat affect.

What an awesome accomplishment! My son did 4 years of robotics in high school and loved it. Your page really stands out in the gallery with this amazing background! The b/w photo with the gold frame is perfect!
