That is fantastic that he has taken the interest in fitness and lifting weights - it will be so good for him through the years - and the new muscles will certainly lead to some dates down the line. LOL.
I would be so proud of my daughter if she wanted to do this but she is just not big on the whole fitness thing - somewhere along the line she got in her head that she was no good at in - sigh. Lucky for her, she is currently naturally slim.

Love the set-up of your page and I am loving that it turns out the weights in his gym are the colors in my kit!!!

awwww, so sweet, I hope he keeps at it! I loved it until it started getting competitive and I hurt myself trying too much too fast! It is good to have good coaches.
