I can so relate to this sometimes. My trigger is when I just get home from work or we are just getting a project complete and I want to decompress for a few minutes before a barrage of questions or Mom I need.... Covid isn't helping any, but it's good to acknowledge the things we need/want to improve and you've done a beautiful job on this page!!
