Story about my weight loss journey. It isn't always going great. I'm hanging in there, but I sometimes get really dissapointed when the numbers on the scale aren't what I was hoping for. I sometimes try so hard, without any results and it's so frustrating. I reset my goals and I'm trying not to be upset when the numbers on the scale aren't what I was hoping for. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense.

Such gorgeous eye candy with this photo less page. The flow of the journaling boxes and clusters down the page is stunning.

I'm there with you, it's so frustrating when you try hard, but there is little or no movement on the scale Sigh. It's so frustrating. I love how you journaled on the boxes cascading down the page!!
