Created for SSD 15th Birthday Party Game-A-Day - February 26th Neapolitan Challenge. Inspiration taken from each layout:

Journaling reads: When I started this dress for Amelia Grace, late January temps were in the 70s and I was ready to think Spring. Just days later, we were in the midst of Snowmageddon 2021, without power, heat, or water, huddled under piles of blankets with the dogs before making our escape to The Reed's for the week. When the electrical grid was finally back to normal, it was in the 60s and I finished sewing up the dress while watching fog swirl around out my window. Seriously, Mother Nature? Have you gone off your meds?! At this point, all I know is I am SO ready for spring.
