Photos taken from a crater in Ypres during my girls weekend out with my best friend in October last year.
On 7 June 1917 during WWI in Ypres (Belgium), at 3.10u in the morning, two tunnel mines were detonated underneath the German positions at Hill 60. The 204.Division lost 687 men that day. This crater is 79.2 m (diameter) and 15.5 m deep.

Love the blocking and wood with the dirt and grass...beautiful page.
I am sad I don't have this kit for the Great Outdoors series. It is beautiful. Love your travel pages

What a wonderful layout, I really enjoyed your description of what we are seeing.

Wow, this is just such a perfect use of this template--I love what you did here! Love the dirt and the little lizards, too!

Simply stunning! I love the panoramic photo in the center of the layout and your cluster is beautiful. The geckos placed throughout the layout are cute too!

Thank you all so much for your wonderful comments. I really appreciate them.

@Kimberly: I didn't use a lot of things from the Great Outdoors: Earth Friendly kit. Only some greenery and the dirt splats.

Love this! Love how you used the pocket/blocking layout and those gorgeous pictures of yours.

Such an important memory and a great tribute!
Love how you used the pocket grids with your beautiful pictures and your amazing clusters. This layout is so serene even if the history context is difficult, love how you scrap this pics Sweetie!:)
