This is such a good visual representation of what anxiety looks like. I love how one side is so clean and the other side is such a mess of thoughts.

This is really beautiful Tanyia, love how you used the two halves with the empty and neat one and the dark other with all the journal card and the feeling of anxiety so well scrapped. I hope you feel not too anxious and hope this layout helps you too with scrap therapy!
