All the Things I never saiid by Little Butterfly Wings

THis past year has been one of the hardest of my life. I got hurt at my dream job, causing an injury that isn't ever going to heal. An injury that ended up forcing me to leave my job as a manager of the photo studio in which I worked to find a new job. After months of searching for a new job and having many rejections due to my restrictions, I finally found a job I thought was a fit. I started the job and the first few days were fantastic. I was high on the hog working again. Sadly though, I ran into a bump in the job journey. The new job made me call their HR accommodation line to get my restrictions put into the system. Well the job had in the description a lifting limit of 25 lbs. I sadly can not lift that now at all. (my left hand has nerve damage.) I am lucky on a good day if I can lift even 20 lbs! Well the HR help desk will not approve my restrictions! So I am in limbo! Basically they want my boss to reassign me to another position. Sad part is there isn't another position available for me that fits my needs. And also this HR line isn't owned by the company that hired me, but totally different, and they haven't sent my boss the paperwork for my switch. So until they do I am basically not allowed to work and sitting at home! I am so frustrated a beyond angry! And lost on what to do.
