It looks really simple, but it is actually very time consuming to cut the strips and roll each one individually.

This one is made with Shimmering Noel by Eva Kipler

I've seen these before and wondered just how much work they actually are. they are indeed beautiful, esp the pink polka dotted one!! I have them on my "to-do" list for Christmas gifts
