What a beautiful last photo. I understand a little bit of French and your journal touched me so much. (If I read it right). It breaks my heart, yet, you made it into such a beautiful and happy memory. The clusters, the colors, the details, your adorable kids and husband... What a precious memory and beautiful layout to keep.

Quand j'ai vu ta page et cette merveilleuse photo, j'ai juste vu du bonheur! Et j'ai lu ton journaling... Je suis tellement desolee de ce qu'il vous ait arrive. Les mots me manquent.
Je suis sincerement triste d'une telle nouvelle mais je suis heureuse que vous ayez cette derniere photo et ce souvenir pour tes filles pour toujours. Je t'envoie toutes mes pensees et mes prieres.
