Same goes for me! We don't get much snow here either. But I LOVE using snowflakes in my layouts. It's my favorite shape to scrap with.
Anyways, I LOVE your layout. This is one of my favorite Winter kits and I LOVE how you used it. I love the photo and the page design. I love all the pretty clusters and snowflakes. So, so, so pretty! :wub:

I'm like you - it doesn't snow where I live, but I love the snowflake kits. Your page is just stunning. All the layers of paint, stamps, glitter and snowflakes make for the most beautiful backdrop, and the larger flowers, elements and frame finish it perfectly. Seriously lovely page.
