Journalling reads: When you saw this attraction on the Legoland website, you were really excited about having a go at doing it. The ride worked a little bit like an obstacle course. We had to queue up until there was a free fire engine. It said we would be grouped into a team of four but they were happy to let just the three of us do it. We didn’t see the sign that said that pregnant women shouldn’t do this, after riding it we saw why, it was really hard work! We had to pump the lever to power the fire engine down the course. Once we got to the end we had to get out and pump water to put out the pretend fire in the building. Finally we had to get back in the fire engine and race back to the start. Poor Daddy ended up doing most of the pumping on his own because I was feeling really ill. We were so slow that the very nice attendant had to help us out with a push. When we got off we were all very wet and felt very tired, but we were still glad we had made the effort to have a go, because it was definately a unique experience. This ended up being our last ride for the day, and while I am not sure we would do it if we went again, it ended up being a really fun end to the day.
