Peanut Butter Blossoms are my "go to" cookies:
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/p...ipe/index.html I also take Ritz crackers and put peanut butter between two crackers like a sandwich and dip them in melted chocolate. Easy and yummy.

My absolute favorite cookie ever. I started making these a little over a year ago and everyone that I've shared them with has fallen in love, too. I do make a couple of minor changes to this recipe - I use the Pomegranate craisins and instead of dipping the cookie into the white chocolate, I just add white chocolate chips to the dough. Oh, and I leave out the nuts as I'm not a fan of nuts in my cookies. They are so amazing.
