What are your scrappy goals for 2017? Are you trying anything new? Getting anything special printed or put in an album? Working on any fun scrapelated projects?

I want to keep doing what I've been doing- except maybe get caught up! Having a baby really cut into my scraping time! I'm further behind on PL then I've ever been. I want to get 2016 printed by July and keep up with my 2017 pages.

Hopefully I can get Teddy's baby book printed by his second birthday? Maybe?

Welcome to your new normal. With every child the number of photos and pages I wanted to make increased and my scrapping time decreased. They're 13, 10, and almost 8 now, and I think 2016 is the first year since my 2nd was born that I have a chance of completely finishing the year somewhat on time. I tell myself that at least I'll still have plenty to scrap when they're teenagers and don't want me taking their pictures anymore!

2016 was the first year in a LONG time that I stayed relatively current with my scrapping so that I could print chronological photobooks. My #1 scrapping goal for 2017 is to keep doing that. My other 2017 scrapping goal is to do a Disney album for the trip we took in March. My absolute favorite pictures are always the hardest for me to scrap; it's like I want the pages to be as awesome as the photos are, so I get overwhelmed and can't get started. That's the way I feel about this whole trip. I just need to get over myself and start working on it!

I'm the same way! And that's why I haven't finished my Disney album...from 2014. I need to get over those feelings too.

Scrap more. My youngest will be in school three full days a week next year, so while I'll be working more I'll at least be able to set more of a schedule.

I have three vacation albums started, and I need to finish up P365 from 2012. I'm thinking that I should do less challenges and just focus on my goals, but sometimes you need a break from a project to do something different and get refreshed.

I have never scrapped chronologically since I am scrapping my grown kids photos, grandkids photos and then current day so I will be behind for rest of my life.

I want to continue having fun scrapping. My main objective actually is to clean up my "scrapping stash AKA hoard" so that I can find what I need when I want it.

I just want to do *something*. Last year I did not do a single layout. I did scrappy 'stuff', but not an actual layout. From January through March we were getting ready to and then moving. Then it was months of settling in, etc. I have not done an actual layout since December of '15... but I did start one today that I plan to finish. So for 2017 I just want to actually scrap. I feel like I've missed so much because even in my slowest time (and I've been digiscrapping since 2004 and paper scrapping before that), I would scrap at least a few layouts a month.

I'd also like to get *something* into books. Maybe organize myself and get some books printed. I don't do single pages, I love photo books, but haven't printed one in several years.

I would like to finish at least one of the many, many albums I've started, haha... fail every single year...

Also, I haven't been scrapping like I used too, and that has me sad. I need to pick it up and get pages done.

Finally J turns 10 this year and I want to do a special album with the "highlights" of his life so far... not sure how... I do know that I want to use Cindy's various birthday templates on one page and then I'm not sure if multiple pages of photos or just one page of lots of photos... I better figure it out - his birthday is in March.

I did 3 pages yesterday. It sure felt great! Right now templates are a life-saver for me though. Its been so long, I'm not sure I could scrap without them right now.

I ended up doing a lot more scrappy admin work for 2016 than I did layouts. I think I had a couple of months where I only scrapped a page or two and that's SO NOT like me. My hope for 2017 is to stop feeling guilty about being able to scrap less. I just need to scrap when I have time and give up on being "caught up."

I've been thinking more about this, and I want to add 1 goal for myself. I plan to spend a few minutes a day (anywhere from 5-15) organizing my scrap stash. I've got a good system that works for me, but I have way too many new downloads waiting to be "put away" and too many older kits that it's time to purge. Over the last few years I've finally gotten my photo organization to the point that I'm never more than a few weeks behind. It's time to do the same for my scrap supplies.

Keaton is a little over 2.5 now and I haven't done a baby album yet :O I want to try and start some PL type spreads and do his first year and progress from there and get the books printed

1. Finish my 2015 Project Life album. I literally only have four weeks left but haven't been able to find the motivation to get them done.

2. Figure out how to do a simplified version of PL for 2017, whether it's weekly or monthly. I miss capturing the little stories and everyday moments but cannot devote the time I spent on my 2015 album since I'm now scrapping "regular" LO's consistently.

3. PRINT MY PAGES!!

4. Focus more on the story/memories behind the photos in my layouts, rather than just making it look pretty. This is something I've been guilty of in the past (especially with CT pages), but I'm consciously making an effort to change this.

5. Do Project365 again this year.

I was in that position in 2015. I was mostly doing scrappy admin, but little actual scrapping (unless it was covering for someone at the last minute). I felt so much better about it all when I just said to myself, "it is what it is - just scrap when you can and put your heart in to it when it happens".

Just to scrap I'm thinking of doing p365, but I've only stuck through one year, I think like 2010, and every year I've tried since I fail horribly. So I'm not making it a goal to do it, no pressure, just going to try so I won't be hard on myself if I don't make it.

I want to print a few photo books with the layouts I made in the last few years. I have too many layouts that are not printed out yet!!! The other thing is I just want to continue scrapping the new photos
