Team Awesome and I are embarking on a scrapbooking adventure this summer using my Summer Love 6x6 Mini Album templates and we'd love to have you join us!

For mine, I wanted to keep it 3 things:

1) Simple
2) Photo-centric
3) FAST.

I also recognize that our celebration of summer starts a little earlier-- in mid-May, so I'm including photos from mid-May all the way through August. I decided to keep mine more paper and photo lovin and lay off the embellishments... so there'll be few of those in the album at all. Otherwise, I picked one color scheme and any kit within those colors is totally okay to use for me-- nothing in that color scheme is off limits!

I did find a glitter style on my computer (some freebie that didn't have a TOU for me to credit... sad) that I'm using throughout the album.

I also struggled because I rent from my parents and a lot of activities will have them in it (we do a giant family reunion style vacation every year, etc) so I didn't know who to include. I finally decided I wanted this to be a mini-album for my son, so even though my parents and brother will crop up, the album is a look at "Mommy and Zach's" summer.

So... here's mine.

I really love the Some Loves pages. They give me the fulfillment of journaling a story with my photo. Though in my world I always have more photos I have to squeeze on.
