lightroom noise removal presets

Any recommendations? I've been using neatimage but I really want something that works within lightroom if possible.

Please let me know if you find one. I need this so bad. I have been thinking of buying neatimage but would much rather have something for lightroom.

I downloaded these last night and they are ok - but nothing in results or ease like neatimage. I'm hoping to find some other options.
