Okay, so I am going grocery shopping in about 3 hours. We're cooking Christmas dinner for my parents & I can't figure out a dessert! Daddy doesn't like fruit. And, I didn't really want the traditional pumpkin & pecan pies, b/c Mama will make already be making those. Oh, and I'm very allergic to coconut. So, other than coconut & fruit, show me what you've got!

How about cheesecake-stuffed dark chocolate cake (http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=1923498)? It's ridiculously decadent. You could tone down the difficulty and make caramel cheesecake brownie bars instead.
I made it last weekend:
