Flickr Help Please

So I finally broke down and bought myself a pro membership to Flickr (I was all worried DH would be upset about the $, as little as it is, and he didn't even question the charge on the credit card, go figure :glare:).

How the heck do you guys organize things? Do you only upload full size photos? Do you have separate photo sets for the same things in full size vs web? What's the difference between a collection and a set? I'm feeling a little lost and like my organization is inadequate, lol. Help me out please! Thanks!!

I only upload full size photos/layouts. I think of it as another offsite photo storage. I then organize by sets. 1 photo could possibly be in multiple sets (like my April 2011 Set and Easter Set) Then I organize multiple sets into a collection. Like the wedding was a collection and the sets were rehearsal, pro photos, guest photos, ceremony, ect. I also have a collection for Birthdays, P365, layouts, ect

Do you not need to share web-sized images as all? Or do you use the autoesize sort of feature that's an option when you share?
