Flickr Help Please

So I finally broke down and bought myself a pro membership to Flickr (I was all worried DH would be upset about the $, as little as it is, and he didn't even question the charge on the credit card, go figure ).

How the heck do you guys organize things? Do you only upload full size photos? Do you have separate photo sets for the same things in full size vs web? What's the difference between a collection and a set? I'm feeling a little lost and like my organization is inadequate, lol. Help me out please! Thanks!!
