PSE 7 - PSE 10

Adobe is having a one day sale on PSE 10 for $50....I have 7.0 now. Is it worth the ugrade?

I went from 7 to 10 right before Christmas. While I REALLY like 10, I haven't used all the bells and whistles that 10 offers. I have used text on a path once or twice...that was cool. They also apparently make it easier to say, weave a ribbon through stuff, but I haven't really looked into it. I just keep doing it the way I always have LOL. For $50, *I* would pick it up. (That's how I picked mine up, too. A half-off sale)

I think it probably is especially for that price... I loved the masking capabilities that was introduced in 9 and doesn't 10 add text path capabilities?

Yes. I went from 7 to 10 and the photo editing improvements alone were worth the upgrade.

JUST for the layer masks (added in 9 I think?) I would get it!! And text on a path is awsome too...

Thanks for posting this Kimberly!!! I usually don't upgrade but I went ahead and got 10 (upgrading from 6) for this great price because it has the 2 things I MISS from PSCS5 without giving up my photo bin!!! :D :D Content Aware Fill and Text on Path!!! :thumbup:

CS6's mini bridge can now go across the bottom of your workspace, so it resembles the feel of the PSE photo bin :-)
