PSE 7 - PSE 10

Adobe is having a one day sale on PSE 10 for $50....I have 7.0 now. Is it worth the ugrade?

I went from 7 to 10 right before Christmas. While I REALLY like 10, I haven't used all the bells and whistles that 10 offers. I have used text on a path once or twice...that was cool. They also apparently make it easier to say, weave a ribbon through stuff, but I haven't really looked into it. I just keep doing it the way I always have LOL. For $50, *I* would pick it up. (That's how I picked mine up, too. A half-off sale)

I think it probably is especially for that price... I loved the masking capabilities that was introduced in 9 and doesn't 10 add text path capabilities?

Yes. I went from 7 to 10 and the photo editing improvements alone were worth the upgrade.

JUST for the layer masks (added in 9 I think?) I would get it!! And text on a path is awsome too...

Thanks for posting this Kimberly!!! I usually don't upgrade but I went ahead and got 10 (upgrading from 6) for this great price because it has the 2 things I MISS from PSCS5 without giving up my photo bin!!! Content Aware Fill and Text on Path!!!

CS6's mini bridge can now go across the bottom of your workspace, so it resembles the feel of the PSE photo bin :-)
