How is everyone keeping up with their PL 2025?
Share your pages and/or tips n trick please :)

At the end of each month I add my daily emails to my PL template. I am caught up through March. I need to add photos and complete my weekly spreads. I am almost done with DD's school scrapbook and then I can start on my PL 25.

Can you refresh me on what are your daily emails?!
 
I finished my PL last year for the first time in a long time! And this year, I'm keeping up so far. Part of it was switching to a memory planner format that gives me way more flexibility with my pages. I used to struggle with finding the "perfect" template for my photos and embellishments but I don't use pre-made templates for my memory planner so it's easier to get started each week. I keep notes in a weekly planner but I also find it easier if I just keep up with it each week since things are fresh in my mind.

I email myself every morning with little tidbits from the previous day. Sometimes I include an email from a coach or teacher, report card, screenshot, weather report, etc. These go into a folder in my email and at the end of every month I copy + paste these emails into my PL template (shown).

That is quite the accomplishment! I have been busy trying to get up to date on my DD's school album before she graduates in May, but I am feeling inspired to get my PL 2025 pages done quickly.
 
I am working on getting my journaling for each week done in a timely manner. Picking templates usually takes me way too long, even though I'm sticking with Wendy's page protector templates. Sometimes I just have decision fatigue with all of it, haha. Krista, I love that you stick with the same template--that must simplify a lot of it for you! I wish I did that, but also the thought makes me squirm because what if I wanted to change something? And I also worry that all my photos are of chickens and flowers. And food, and maybe that's boring. I'm not too far behind but not caught up.
 
The email thing is genius!!

I have started to semi-PL 2015... lol. I think that will be the best way for me to catch up on years and years of scrapbooks. 2015 is the year I graduated HS. It's also been fun to look back at 10+ years ago!
 
Krista - you are always my inspiration. I love your email idea, but I tend to forget to do things daily. So lately I've been putting time aside each monday to at least pick the pictures and do the journaling and then I catch up that week. I have been doing great with keeping up with 2025, but I am still not done with 2024! But I did finish and print out 2023 so I'm feeling fairly accomplished.
Olivia, my first PL album was in 2015. It blows my mind that you were graduating high school, and realizing you are closer to my daughter graduating in 2023, then you are to me! I mean I knew it, but seeing it was a realization again.
I wish there was a gallery just for pocket type scrap pages, I get so much inspiration from Krista, Ally, and Wendy's pages. I wonder if Robin could do that, like how we have pages for each designer?
What do you ladies think? Would you post weekly? It would keep me on track!

Somewhere I have a list of incomplete PL years...I am kind of scared to find it and really see how far behind I am :mellow:
 
Oh my gosh that is amazing, I didn't realize it was there! I should post there instead of the main gallery for the PL type layouts. Thank you so much Krista!
 
I think i'm two weeks behind. So that is not that much. Only i haven't posted in the gallery yet. But it is always fun to see how others do!
 
I'm super far behind!
Too many things going on at the moment, but in about 3 weeks, a few things will be shifted off of my plate & I hope to take a couple weeks where I just spend the empty spaces on my calendar scrapbooking!
