Butterfly Sleeve Template?!

Does ANYONE have a 5.5 x 8.5 butterfly sleeve template? The one I bought is not the right size and I didn't notice until I sat down to do the rest of my wedding invitations. I've searched the internet and of course it thinks I'm searching for tattoos. :D This is making me so mad. I would just do an overlay with the vellum, but I REALLY wanted to do a butterfly sleeve. I've had my mind (and heart) set on it.

*crosses fingers that someone has SOMETHING*

If you still need one, just let me know the outer size - the final rectangle and I can whip you up one. It should be just a rectangle with a circle protruding on either end. :)

Is the 5.5x8.5 you mentioned for the interior card or for the outer/back rectangle of the sleeve?

It would be the size of the actual card. Scrapperjade made me a template so I no longer need one. Thank you so much ladies.

Now if only I could get this heat embossing thing down before i really start the sleeves that would be awesome...

One trick I know is to heat from the back instead of directly on the stamped image. It melts it a little more evenly and doesn't burn the image or warp the paper :).

ok great! I know the wedding planning must be stressful enough, we don't want you worrying about a little (but important) thing like this. Good luck with them!

Oooh good tip! Does that work with Vellum as well? Ive noticed that it gets incredibly hot when I emboss.
