I used a template by CSchneider for this Cookie Decorating challenge #38 of a layout by Tracey Howard .
The kit I used is a mini-kit by Eva Kipler called Fresh Fusion ... I made some additional papers using the background paper to make the paper strips and the stars, and used the colors in the papers to make my word strips, with a brush metal effect on the alpha to make it look 3-D. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out!
