My dd just turned 13 this week, so I've yet to get the hormones and angst, but I fear all the same things you do. You're already successful though, because you WANT to succeed, and you WANT to teach him, so you're already actively looking for opportunities to do so. I bet he turns out to be a fine young man.
I think that as a parent, one of the insecurities that we all share is about "screwing things up", or not being the parent that we want to be for our children. Jacinda (above) has some wise words to say!
