Can you believe that I lived 5 years in Spain and never had Horchata? It was a psychological thing, I think, there is a very famous Brazilian singer I worked with for a while, Caetano Veloso, and he wrote a song which has a phrase in Catalan "horchata de chufas, si us plau" it says , as I'm sure you can guess, Horchata de chufas, if you please (or would like) but at the time I had an issue with Catalunya...couldn't get those words of my mind and never went for Horchata Valenciana!!!!!
