"I am the person I want to be - now. I didn’t used to be though. I fell away from my church and said good-bye to rules. I lived on my own and did what I wanted, when I wanted. Who could it hurt, right? While my experiences definitely opened my sheltered eyes, I’ve also seen and done things I regret. Most things I can hide from the world. But what do I do if/when a beautiful girl shows up on my door and says she’s the daughter I placed for adoption years ago? My husband knows, but how do I explain that to my kids?"
