I'm sick today and don't feel like cooking or eating. I'm just going to throw a frozen pizza in for DH and call it done, lol!

Last night I made cream of mushroom pork chops with rice and asparagus - it was YUMMY!

Either nachos or tacos with ground beef and black beans. I also have a craving for cherry cheesecake, so I am making one for dessert!

The way my kitchen looks right now? Nothing.

That kind of sucks too since we're having missionaries over tonight, but there's no way I can clean that room enough to cook and have it ready by five.

Sauce your own spaghetti. I just boil the pasta. It's up to the eater to add pesto, butter or tomato sauce (or let me know to heat it up first).

Tonight is bunco night so my dinner will be eaten elsewhere.

hmm... I think we have to head to Green Bay tonight so DH can rip in some radio voice tracking for Sunday... so we'll probably eat at Moe's. If we don't go... then it will be chili... DH is having a chili cook off tomorrow at work so I had to come up with something.

Heck I haven't even fed anyone lunch yet! We're at bowling....hmmm maybe homemade pizza? I have food leftover from out to eat last night...so guess that will be tomorrow's lunch. Guess I better have a plan for when we get home...going to have some majorly hungry boys!

Tacos will be what is here if I don't get home soon...but we have to stop by my mom's house and see what Spy Bot is doing to her computer...my guess is she has a virus...it's not letting her do anything. Sigh. Can't get her to STOP CLICKING on every link people send her.

Mmmmm Tacos sound good!!! But I have to save those for tomorrow night since we'll probably be at baseball until 7:30. Tonight will probably be fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy and corn.

we are having meatloaf too, Quin decided that's what he wants tonight. So it will be that, some mashed taters/gravy and either peas or corn ... whichever I can find in the freezer.

made some apple cobbler for dessert tonight. Ohhh gosh it was so good. Ive decided I like Ritz crackers better in meatloaf then plain saltines. I also want to next time try bbq sauce in place of tomato sauce. Not sure if itll be good or bad but itll be different

I put my foot down with my kids last week, so now they will have to eat whatever I make.

It's going well so far, the older two are trying tons of new things, Rae is not, but I think she's vegetarian LOL. I've been cooking most every night. I started skating again today, so I work until 7, and I missed dinner. But the kids and Tony had:

pork chops in homemade sweet and sour sauce in the crock pot
I threw in some bell peppers, that I chopped with my NEW Slap Chop LOL
a side of white rice
a side of green beans

I had some left overs when I got home.

wow you are brave!! I once babysat for this girl who had three kids under three and I had a three and five (or six year old cant remember LOL) and OMGosh it was soooo hard!!! One of the kids was well not really bad but she was very spirited. I think she just wanted attention and her mommy only gave her attention when she was bad so she learned to misbehave. I loved her though so she eventually learned to behave for me

We had elbow noodles with tomato sauce. I am still sick and just trying to eat things that don't make me want to bring them back up.

I think we are having leftover chicken with some baby potatoes and a cauliflower au gratin. That's if I can get my butt out of this chair...DH's decided to do a version of the Julie & Julia thing and go through Julia Child's cookbook a bit at a time. Last night was Potage aux Poireau (Leek soup) and roasted chicken (that we had to do on the BBQ because our little convection oven is too small.

I just made Indian Biriyani Chicken Curry with mushrooms, potatoes, zucchini and basmati rice. It was so yummy! I garnished it with cilantro and it was perfection!

I will prob make taco meat with the rest of the meat I have in the frig...so the adults will have soft tacos. As far as my 20yo ds is concerned, he is NOT acting like an adult so he will prob have to eat hot dogs and POKEMON mac n cheese.

I have to admit, I didn't make the curry paste from scratch (I have before, but I like the convenience of getting it from a jar). So, I have some Biryani curry paste that I got from the ethnic food aisle.
3 large chicken breasts and 1 onion, diced and cooked in olive oil until browned
add the next ingredients, stir, simmer for 15 minutes
6-8 Tbsp Biryani Curry paste (made from oil, cumin, cilantro, garlic, ginger, tumeric and chile pepper)
1 - 15 oz of fresh or canned diced tomatoes
1 zucchini, sliced 1/2" thickness
2 medium potatoes (sliced thinly or pre-cooked)
4 large mushrooms, sliced
1 cup water
garnish with cilantro & serve with basmati rice

It's pretty fast and easy and even the kidlets loved it!
