Does your state have crazy requirements?

In working on a layout this afternoon, I jokingly referred to the Texas Constitutional requirement that you photograph each of your children in front of BlueBonnets and post them prominently in your home.

It took 8 years, but we finally did it this past spring - I got both of the boys (but did forget to get them together) in front of bluebonnets - not a proper field because we didn't find one, but at least in front of a decent display at our town park that is sewn every year.

Do you have quirky 'reqiurements' from your state like that?
