Default Please pray for my Daddy...

....for the past several days he's been dealing with some hearing problems in his left ear. Everything is just so magnified and such a roar that he can hardly hear anything. Well around the same time he noticed a numbness in his right thumb. The numbness/tingling has moved all the way up his arm making it hard for him to grasp anything. He went to a doctor today and he had my dad go get an MRI as he thinks the two are related. He is thinking based on my dad's symptoms that it's something on/in the left side of his brain and mentioned that a visit with a neurosurgeon might be in order. My dad asked him if it was just something that would clear up with a pill or some kind of medicine and the doctor looked him square in the eye and said 'no'. I know it's too soon to jump to conclusions, but I could hear the worry in his voice and that just kills me. He and his wife just split up so, aside from my sister being in the same city, he's all alone and that makes me so sad. He's waiting now to hear the results, should be either today or tomorrow.
