Awesome week last week ladies!! Congrats on your losses. I knew this week was gonna suck big time for me. Bad, emotional, stressful week and I did not follow like I was suppose to, so I gained 1.8 lbs. I am not gonna beat myself up over it as I know what I did wrong and will jump back on track this week. Can't wait to see your losses this week.

Melissa - great attitude. Just keep at it! I had a bad eatting week and it's the week before my TOM so it's binge week for me (pre-WW). I totally gave up on calculating points this week and just did the best I could...I was soooo hungry. I ended up losing 2 pounds. I think I'm down a total of 11 now, but I'm worried that this week's overeating will lead to a gain next week. All I can do is bump up the exercise, eat clean and within my points and wait and see.
It's 3 weeks until we leave for vacation and I'm hoping to lose 9 more pounds. Not sure if I can, but I sure as heck am going to try! Hope everyone else had a losing week!

I had a good week - lost 3 pounds. Seems like I go every other week with a good one and then a flat one. I've had a harder time getting up to go walking this week, and hubby's tonsillectomy hasn't helped. But, I'm trying to stick to things.
Also, my iPhone app told me that I'm losing weight too fast. I've averaged 2.6 per week since I've started. I guess it should be closer to 2, but I'm just doing the program. I'm eating plenty of food while keeping within my points, so I'm not going to worry about it too much. Considering the amount of weight I need to lose, I don't think it's such a bad thing to lose it a titch faster - especially in the beginning. I know it will slow down the closer I get to my big goal.

congrats lydia and juli! awesome job! if you are eating all your points, lydia, then i think it's fine that you are losing that much/week (and i'm jealous!! haha) - i guess if you are hungry or tired you could up your points a bit and still be fine, but otherwise i would just be happy

Great job Lydia! I had the same warning a lot in the beginning but it does slow down and even out as you go along

Well I only lost 0.8 this week, but I'll take it. It puts me at -29.6 total. Just a little shy of my 30 pound goal before 7/1 (technically I guess I could still make that but my "official" weigh-ins are on Fridays).
I feel like I'm getting a little too relaxed with my eating again (yesterday I had a milkshakeeally?!?!?!) and I can tell it's showing on the scale. With my nephews here this week it's been hard to exercise and we've been eating out a lot. Today I'm going to start taking a new metabolism boosting multivitamin and water pill to see if that helps a little. And sad news - I lost another point with today's weigh-in too. It's so sad to see that number drop LOL! Everyone else...you're doing fabulous and I can't wait to hear about Dana's 2nd BL visit!

As long as you are eating your points you are good and you are right - eventually it will slow down and get harder. Tracy - Congrats on your loss and I hope you make it to your goal. I'd love to know what multivitamin you are taking that have a metabolism boost. Does it make you feel like you are on speed? Dana - sorry to hear about having a flat week but you must be so excited about your trip! They are going to kick your butt. ![]()

Juli - I just started taking the vitamins today so I'll let you know in a couple days. GNC had a sale and I got them for a good price so I thought I'd try them. I figure it can't hurt, but I don't like feeling jittery so hopefully they don't do that. It's these:

Ok, I weighed this morning just to see about my 7/1 goal for real and I passed it!!! I won't count it as official weight until Friday, but I'm counting it as a goal accomplished.
Next goal: 35 total by August 7th (my birthday)

I lost 3.2lbs this week...for a total of 12.2. I've set a goal of at least 8lbs this month so I can get to 20lbs...
Good job to all of you ladies...you are truly my inspiration to continue with this program even when I want to give up. I see all the weight you're losing and I want to be a loser too ![]()

I am kinda discouraged. I thought I did really well last week. I didn't go over my points and I exercised 5 days out of 7, but I gained .8 lbs. I know that I am pretty swollen from the heat and humidity, so I am sure it is a water gain, but it still bummed me to see that number.

Ya Lorie, that is happening here too and I am taking water pills and it is still not helping. That .8 will be gone in no time though.
