CS5 I don't want to have to hit enter every time I drag an object in

Is there a way to just drag and drop on my document without having to hit enter every single time to "place" it? It is bugging me and seems a little buggy, sometimes I hit enter and nothing happens so I have to right click and click "place." I'd just like to avoid it altogether.

It is a pain. I don't drag and drop stuff in often so I haven't bothered to see what the settings are to change that. Hmmm....

Me too. I do drag and drop because I find it's the same number of key clicks and opening it in CS5 and then copying and pasting onto my page.

when i drag and drop i drop it on the top toolbar - then it doens't drop directly onto the layout (at least in CS6.)

I drag and drop to my tool bar too b/c I hated hitting enter all the time!!!

I don't think I understand what you mean by dragging to the toolbar. Can you show me a screenshot or something?
