Facebook issues?

Is this just me? Facebook has been running soooooo slow and laggy for me for almost two weeks now. It is insane, and driving me absolutely crazy. It's gotten so bad lately that Chrome pops up saying it's unresponsive and asking if I want to kill the page.

I had that happen when I used chrome. I stopped using chrome.

...but yeah I hadn't checked to see if other browsers did better.

I have issues on Facebook a lot on my laptop. I mostly just check on my phone.

I am not a fan of Chrome...I only use it for Google Docs for work.

Same. But there have been some times when after an update Chrome ran slowly for all sites for me. I forget exactly what I did to fix it, but I know that when I Googled Chrome and Windows 8.1, I found lists of suggested fixes and one of the simpler ones worked.

Well I just noticed some updates to facebook's layout - so maybe (hopefully) it was because they were changing things around and things will speed back up for you soon

I haven't used Chrome in months. I use Firefox now and have no issues with Fb.

well facebook just made some changes (at least on my end) so maybe that's why? they were making changes?
