Default QOTD - Snoring - 12.14.15

'Fess up, ladies! Do you snore? Does your SO? How bad is it?? What have you (or he) used to try to help with it?

I do not snore. Really. My husband snores sometimes depending on what he has to eat or drink before bed and/or what position he is sleeping in.

My mom, though, is the LOUDEST snorer I've ever heard. When she drove cross-country with us to WY in July, I barely slept between having to have Nate beside me in the bed flopping around and waking up and having to listen to my mom's epic snoring. My dad has a CPAP machine for his snoring but she refuses to get one or use anything else to help with it. I don't know why she is so stubborn abt it, but she is.

I do snore, but it's more of a purr...

My hubby has sleep apnea and at his worst, he would stop breathing like 100+ times an hour, so he has a CPAP. He has been using the machine for 9 years now... he LOVES it... he says he gets the best sleep with it. I think the ONLY time he hasn't used it in 9 years was the night J was born...

The only time I've ever snored was when I was super duper pregnant. Hubby used to snore, but when he had his tonsils out, the doc did something else in his nose that has helped a ton (can't remember what it was called). He still snores on occasion if he's sick or something. But, for the most part he's pretty quiet now.

I never would have said I was a snorer until I had some friends record me snorting. It was a cute snore, though. LOL!

Matt...yes...he is a definite snorer.

I do and I hate it. I'm paranoid about dozing off anywhere because I start to snore right away. I have no idea why this happens! My dh does too, so we rarely get irritated with each other because it just can't be helped.

My dh also has sleep apnea and stops breathing all the time, but refuses the CPAP machine.

Apparently, according to my BF, I am a snorer... but I refuse to believe him..

My BF is a major snorer... It bothered me at first, but I have gotten used to it.

Growing up I hated going on vacation with my parents bc my dad was a TERRIBLE snorer... so loud I had to have loud music and a pillow over my head to even thing about sleeping lol

I snore on the rare occasion that I roll onto my back or I am sick. My boyfriend snores when he's overtired. So we both do on occasion, but not normally.

My hubby snores really loud -- to the extent that he's banished to another bedroom most nights. I don't think I usually snore, unless I have a cold or something.

My hubby is so bad. Once I used to go sleep on the couch. But now I wear earplugs and wow, deepest sleep I've ever had. I don't toss & turn or wake up all night. BUT it's turned ME into a snore because I now sleep so deeply.

I only snore when I'm sick or have sinus issues. My husband snores ALL THE TIME! It doesn't bother me after being married 13 years. Well unless he decides to roll over and snore in my ear. Then I just nudge him until he moves lol!

My husband snores a LOT. He has a deviated septum and that plays a big part in it.

There are these things called nose vents that I got free to do a review on. They work pretty well for him when he uses them. I love them, obviously. It means I can sleep. He doesn't think they are quite comfortable enough.
