Default My dog ate my gingerbread garland.

Bad. Bad. Doggie.

I spent hours making that thing and I should've known better than to make edible tree decorations, but they were too high for the little dog to reach, and the bigger one is SUPPOSED to be the good one that never gets into anything.

Yikes. Does gingerbread make dogs sick? I have no clue.

Sorry for losing all your hard work! Pets (& kids) are dumb.

I'm not worried. She didn't eat that many of them. I heard the tree almost falling over and ran in there and caught her in the act. A couple of hearts have been broken over the last week and I was suspicious but had only caught her licking them and couldn't prove that it was her.

I'll keep an eye out for anything unusual though. Thanks.

That sucks! All that hard work. It is always the things that I don't think the dog will eat that he actually does.

My dog(s) tore open a package that had a candy cane full of Hershey kisses inside and ate them all. We have never had such a thing happen and it made me mad. We have a new kitten this year that has practically destroyed my tree.
