#12 One Little Word: Sweet

This is the first layout I have scrapped of our "oh so sweet" cat Samantha since she passed away last November. She shared 18 years of her life with us, so we have lots of playful and loving memories, but I still miss her soooooo much.

#20 Color Challenge: Pink, White, Red, Black & Grey

I didn't stick exactly with the color scheme - there's bits of blue & kraft mixed in. But I'm not usually one to use a lot of black & white so I loved that this challenge pushed me to do that. It was perfect for combining 10 years of photos into one layout!

#13: Scrap a Selfie:

The moment I saw Introverting, I knew I had to use it to scrap a page about myself. I am an introvert, but I think of myself as a "social introvert" because in the right situation, I can be very chatty. And, if it's the right group, I do like to be around people. So, I used this selfie of myself and did a page about my own personal form of introversion.

This is my nephew enjoying his ice cream after going for the first time to a summer camp. He didn't want to go AT ALL but when we got there and he asked for an ice cream, everything was OK

#17 - It's about time

My nephews are 1st graders and they learn to read, write and do maths. The school year begins on 15th September and it's half-way over so they had a celebration, something like "Math day" to show the parents they can already read and do maths. They were wearing those funny paper "crowns" each with a symbol and they were acting like numbers and symbols lol. Then they read some texts (like logical riddles) and the parents had to tell the correct answer. It was funny.
