I think you can still go back. And, good to know about the Mac. You would think they would have previews because they were always know as being an operating system that could handle graphics. I'll do some heavy research before making the jump when the computer I have now blows up. lol

Oh, no--I'm sorry! It stinks to be so frustrated with an upgrade. Everything in this thread is 7 months old from when Windows 11 was very new. I wonder if anyone outside the SSD community came up with a fix since then.

There are some work arounds, but it seemed SUPER tedious & time consuming so I hoped there would be enough complaints that "Windows" would make a change. I did find this info: "Folder previews support was removed with the original Windows 11 release and it’s making a return with version 22H2 to be released sometime this Fall"
