There is something about left overs that makes them a desired meal in our house, Im guessing its the flavours are so much better the next day.

If we have spagbol left over we heat the mince sauce and pop it on buttered toast, nom nom

What exactly is spagbol and mince sauce? Is it another way to say spaghetti?

Thanks to a good friend who's Australian, I know the answer to this. It's spaghetti bolognese and mince sauce is meat sauce.
