well, my birthday must have been a slow news day. probably too hot for anything to happen! BUT in case you are interested, the price of a dozen eggs was 47 cents! here goes for July 16, 1952:
1. Some one famous born the same day as you. Stewart Copeland, The Police's drummer 2. A historical event that happened on the day of your birth. President Harry S. Truman signed the Federal Coal Mine Safety Act. 3. A song that was number one on your birthday. of course i don't remember it but it was Eddie Fisher's "Wish You Were Here". my parents, however, were more of a Nat King Cole fan (hence, my name) and the Korean War was still on so i was born in an Army hospital although it was here in the USA ... and HA!!! just noticed what number post this is!
