I LOVE to live here (Brazil), but I'd love to stay for few years on Italy.

Honestly, I would stay right here in New Zealand. I'd love to travel to Europe and Canada, but to actually settle down and live somewhere, you can't beat New Zealand.

I'm not sure. Can I pick 2 places? LOL! Sean said Hawaii, I think that would work for me too, but it'd have to be like Kawaii, too busy on Oahu and Maui. The big island seems too remote and the volcanoes freak me out a bit.

Sanibel Island Florida. It's the most beautiful place I've ever seen.

Florida for me as well.

I can't take too many more Ohio winters. Columbus doesn't get much snow, but Jan & Feb are just too cold for me.

When ever we go somewhere, I end up wishing I lived there. LOL

On our list of possibilities....
Arizona (since we grew up there)
Pennsylvania (since we have lots of family there on DH's side and I adore all of my IL's)
South Dakota (around Keystone... touristy, but I love it!)
Louisville (totally loved the atmosphere and feel of the town)

Nashville, Tennessee to be slightly realistic.

Ireland to be completely unrealistic.

I kind of like living here! But, I would like to experience cooler weather at times. The summer here is brutal. I loved California when we went there. I also love Virginia.

I'm not sure, I haven't seen enough of the world to be able to decide on that. I never even left the European continent and there are so many places I would love to visit!
I like where I live but yeah, better weather would be awesome.

I think I'd really love to live in the mountains in Colorado when we retire. There's tons of places I love to visit. Japan, Ireland, Italy, Spain, but not to live forever.

Here, but with family. I am in love with New England, but wish we could drop off the kids with grandparents once in awhile and not get sick from the airplanes every time we visit.

Ideally we will grow into a bigger house with more land, but what we have now is perfect for where we are in life.

I might be convinced to live in the tropics, but I sunburn easily and would still miss seasons.

That would be one of my choices too - Sanibel is just gorgeous. I would move back to the San Diego are in a heartbeat. My issue now is that my parents are getting more elderly and I can't leave my sister here in Maine alone to take care of them as they get older. They are doing really well now and are totally independent and quite healthy but I would feel awful if I moved 3000 miles away and they needed more care.

Ideally somewhere warm year round and near the ocean. I think San Diego fits that, but I have never been there. I have loved Nashville and the Hampton Roads area of Virginia enough to live in either place, too. But I will stay put right where I am. It works for us.

lake winnepesaukee, new hampshire. aka my favorite place on earth.

i know. boring compared to other places. but it's where i spent my summers, and where my grandparents "retired" to. it's home. and it's amazing. and we're getting married up there. and someday, i'll live there.

I'd go back to Seattle. That's home and it's where most of our family and friends are. But, I could live in Paris.

Malaysia. : ) It's my favorite place in the world, particularly in KK, where we lived on the South China Sea for the last 9 years. {sigh}

Or Benton, Arkansas, next door to my parents. I miss home, too.

I really don't know! If family etc and job security didn't matter and it could be somewhere other than where I am now.. maybe P.E.I although I've never actually BEEN there,

Or right where I am just in a house that is more secluded off on its own from neighbours a little bit..

I do love love love the mountains

honestly I have lived in San DIego, grew up in VA, lived in DC for a year (for school), lived in Italy for 3 years and traveled around Europe, and ended up in the PNW where we decided to retire. We LOVE it here, honestly, but I wish my family had the ability to visit more (they live in VA) and we have too many kids to afford going back there.....

I think my husband and I would both agree that we would love to return to Italy, Paris or London and live there permanently. There are just so many things over there that just make you "feel like it's your home" even when you are a tourist....one thing for sure, I will be taking Abby to Paris to see her "tower" one of these years!

I haven't traveled enough to know either, but I also go somewhere and end up thinking I'd like to live there. I like where I am, but as far as dreams go, somewhere with a 50-60 degree winter, 95 tops summer, no hurricanes or volcanos or anything like that. Also no crazy spiders or snakes around LOL

Right now I just want to move back to Alaska, but I think down the road we'll end up outside of Seattle.
