Default Queued?

I checked out last night, and my order went to queued... I forget, though. Am I supposed to be patient (ack!), or do I need to email Robin?

I certainly have PLENTY of other unscrapped kits to use, but the three latest purchases are just sitting there... Taunting me...

Robin periodically releases any queued products throughout the day, but you can email her at admin@sweetshoppedesigns.com just in case.

I wonder if the store is angry. Mine didn't go to queued, but I also didn't get the sales price on my purchase. I've always been diligent about checking, but kiddo had me distracted today and I forgot to look until I paid... and got a receipt for $5.99.

Oh, well. Guess I should pay more attention!

Hey Jen,

I cant do partial refunds or adjust prices once an order has been completed, but if you place the order again making sure the sale price is applied, I can refund your original order entirely so you havent overpaid.

Just send me a quick email at admin@sweetshoppedesigns.com to let me know you've done that and I'll get you fixed up.

Oh, Robin, thank you so much for that offer-- very sweet of you to make things right! I am out of town away from my computer, and won't be back until the sale price is over (if it isn't already... crazy time zones, I tell ya!)

I look at it as my mistake totally... and if I wouldn't have bought it this weekend, I'd've bought it full price later anyway.
